I have private medical insurance – am I covered with you?
Premier Clinic are recognised by most of the major insurance companies as we are registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). You will need to check with your insurance company prior to treatment, as some companies require a referral from your doctor beforehand.
If I have private medical insurance do I need to pay for treatment?
Each insurer is different in the way that they operate as far as payment is concerned. Some require you to pay for your own treatment and then claim the costs back whereas others allow us to invoice them directly. We strongly advise that you discuss this with your insurer prior to arranging a consultation.
As all our practitioners are all registered with the Health Care Professionals Council Premier Clinic is recognised as a provider by all healthcare cash plans. A referral from a GP is not usually required.. You will usually be required to pay for your treatment upfront and receipts for treatment will be provided to allow you to claim back the costs.
Premier Clinic work with solicitors and case managers to provide services to injured individuals. Premier Clinic will invoice and liaise with third parties directly, so you will not have to worry about any costs.
